Cellcomb acquires Fatex<\/h1>\n\n\n\t

Cellcomb has, with our strong sustainable focus, had a good growth in recent years. Now we are taking the next step by further strengthening our international position through the acquisition of the Finnish company Fatex.
\r\n <\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Together, the companies will offer a broader range of innovative, fibre based products designed to replace similar items made from fossil-based materials. This strengthens the joint mission to drive the transition to more sustainable solutions in both the food industry and healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group will have an annual turnover of approximately 30 MEUR and employ about 90 people in S\u00e4ffle (Sweden) and Kronoby, (Finland).<\/p>\n\n\n
