Cellsorb® ECO becomes Cellsorb® CORE
To strengthen clarity and transparency in our communication, Cellsorb® ECO has been renamed Cellsorb® CORE.
The product itself remains the same, but the new name reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible communication.
We continue to evolve the Cellsorb® concept, featuring sealed edges and an absorbent core that ensure highest level of food safety and hygiene throughout the entire value chain.
Towards more sustainable packaging solution
At Cellcomb, we are continuously improving our products to reduce environmental impact – focusing on responsible material selection, efficiency, renewable raw materials, and circular design.
One important result of this progress is Cellsorb® CIRCULAR, our most wanted absorbent foodpad, a mono-material solution based on cellulose.
Cellsorb® CIRCULAR
Cellsorb® CIRCULAR is certified for both industrial and home composting*, produced from FSC-certified materials, and – true to our concept – designed with a sealed-edge construction.
Together, these features combine food safety and sustainable material innovation in a solution that supports a circular economy and aligns with the goals of the upcoming EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
